  • 3 tbsp raw honey (Greek thyme or floral honey preferred)
  • ½ cup walnuts (or almonds/pistachios)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Toast the Walnuts

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Spread walnuts on a baking sheet in a single layer and toast for 7–8 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  • Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with raw honey, and stir to coat. Let them cool for 1–2 minutes.

Prepare the Yogurt Base

  • Stir together Greek yogurt with vanilla extract for a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Divide the yogurt among 6 dessert bowls.

Combine & Garnish

  • Spoon the honey-coated walnuts over each bowl of yogurt.
  • Add optional toppings like figs, mint, cinnamon, or sesame seeds.
